This policy explains how EXE HUB SDN. BHD. handles delivery and collection for orders across Malaysia. Delivery is arranged and quoted individually for every order — there is no fixed shipping rate calculated automatically on this website.

01 Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Peninsular and East Malaysia. Delivery to more remote areas of Sabah and Sarawak may involve a longer transit time and a higher delivery charge, which we will disclose before confirming your order.

02 Collection From Our Office

Customers within the Klang Valley may choose to collect their order directly from our Kuala Lumpur office, at no delivery charge, by arrangement. Select “Collect from Kuala Lumpur office” at checkout and we will confirm a collection time once your order is ready.

03 How Delivery Is Quoted

Because our range spans a pair of sports socks to an adjustable dumbbell pair and a sports duffel bag, delivery cost depends on weight, volume and destination. Once you submit your cart at checkout, we calculate and confirm the delivery charge together with your order total before anything is dispatched.

04 Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed once confirmed, typically within 1–3 business days. Larger items, or orders containing several bulky products, may take longer to prepare and schedule, and we will advise an expected dispatch date when we confirm your order.

05 Couriers & Freight Partners

We use established Malaysian courier and freight partners appropriate to the size of your order — parcel couriers for smaller accessories and suitable freight transport for larger or heavier items.

06 Order Tracking

Where our courier partner provides tracking, we will share the tracking number and carrier details with you by email or phone once your order has been dispatched.

07 Electronics & Packaging

Products are shipped in their original manufacturer or retail packaging with additional protective packing for transit. Rackets, water bottles and other fragile or heavy items are packed with extra protection, and inflated balls may be shipped partly deflated to protect them in transit; we will tell you if this affects your order. On receipt, please check your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged in transit, refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

08 Larger-Item Delivery

Larger or heavier items such as the adjustable dumbbell pair may be delivered by courier or freight service to your door. Access details — floor, lift availability, stairs and parking — and any delivery window are agreed with you before dispatch. Set-up is as described with the product unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

09 Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions, weather, or public holidays. We will keep you informed of any significant delay affecting your order.
